Alaska Airlines credit cards
Alaska Airlines Visa Signature Card provides a discount code which with the cardholders can buy a companion tickets with for the economy class on Alaska Airlines. These tickets cost 99 USD including taxes and both of the travelers earn miles.
American Express Platinum Card
This card has a companion ticket but it is so restricted that is very hard to be used. In order to use it, the cardholder should buy a full fare flight ticket in business class or a flight ticket in first class using American Express Travel and then pay various fees and taxes.
British Airways Visa Signature Card
Holders of that card can ask for a Travel Together certificate, if they spend 30 000 USD on their cards within one year. The value of that certificate is not high due to the devaluation of the Avios program. Still this offer is good for those that want to spend their Avios points after the devaluation.
Platinum Delta SkyMiles Card

The companion ticket with that card is similar to the one with Platinum Delta Card, yet it could be used for first class tickets as well.
